Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 15 years of age.

International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data from your country of residence.
Your membership is for your own sole personal use and benefit and you shall not assign, license or transfer it to any third party. You shall not under any circumstances authorise others to use your membership. You shall immediately notify Parlus.com of any content, information or material posted by others on the Service or to you of which you become aware which does not comply with the provisions as to Online Content above, but shall not by such notice impose upon the Parlus.com any obligation to take any steps on foot thereof.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Parlus.com, its officers, directors, servants or agents and all other members against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) relating to or arising out of your use of the Service or this Agreement.
Parlus.com reserves the right but has no obligation to reject any profile, photograph or other content, information, data, or other material that does not comply with this Agreement.
Subject to your full compliance with the terms of this agreement: Parlus.com will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Parlus.com and use its best endeavours to keep confidential any e-mails privately posted by you to other members that are not otherwise accessible to the public, and shall use or disclose such information only as required by law or for the purposes for which such information was collected.
Parlus.com shall use its best reasonable endeavours to maintain your privacy and anonymity while using the Service but you acknowledge and confirm by your registration that Parlus.com cannot ensure security or privacy of any information you provide through the Internet and that you do not rely upon any warranty expressed or implied to the contrary (which are hereby denied).
Parlus.com may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
Neither Parlus.com nor any of its servants or agents shall be responsible for, nor have any obligation to verify, the accuracy, propriety, suitability or reliability of any material which any member posts on the Service or to you nor whether such material complies with the provisions as to User Conduct set out above. Opinions, advice, statements, offers or other material posted through the Service other than that posted by Parlus.com itself are those of their respective authors and should not necessarily be relied upon.

- promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
- contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
- involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
Under no circumstances whatever will Parlus.com be responsible for any personal or psychiatric injury, distress, upset or trauma, loss or damage resulting from your use of the Service, nor from your access to transmissions posted by others, nor resulting from your reliance upon material posted by others on the Service or to you or other members.
Parlus.com reserves the right but has no obligation to monitor the materials posted on the Service and reserves the right to remove any such material at it's sole and strict discretion. Notwithstanding the Parlus.com's right in this regard, you remain solely responsible for the content of the material you post on the Service or to other members.
Parlus.com provides the Service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied by Statute, common usage or otherwise. In particular the Parlus.com disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for the purpose, or non-infringement.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, Parlus.com LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Parlus.com FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
Parlus.com does not guarantee your use will be uninterrupted, always available, error free or that it will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected. While all postings on this Service are swept on a regular basis for the presence of computer viruses, the Parlus.com cannot guarantee that any part of the Service nor any material sent through the Service or any attachments thereto are virus free or have been intercepted and amended and therefore the Parlus.com denies liability for any loss and damage that may be suffered by you.
Parlus.com may limit your right to use the Service by imposing limits, conditions and/or restrictions from time to time at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Parlus.com. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of Parlus.com Website or any of Parlus.com Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Parlus.com regarding the use of Parlus.com Services.
The failure of Parlus.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement on which the Service is provided by Parlus.com shall be governed by the Laws of Ireland and where applicable the European Union
Disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of this Service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Ireland.
